  • At The Golf House, we want you to love every golf club, gadget, and piece of gear you get from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 
Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-fit or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

 
How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at info@orangevillegolfhouse.com with your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

 
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

 

Exchanges
  • Need a different size, style, or shaft flex? Contact us at info@orangevillegolfhouse.com and we’ll help arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you.
